Pre-Orders and Allocation Cuts

When you place a pre-order for an upcoming trading card product, payment is taken in full at checkout to secure your reservation.

Manufacturer and distributor release dates are estimates provided by official suppliers and are subject to change. On rare occasions, official distributors or manufacturers may cut allocation numbers unexpectedly. If we receive insufficient stock to fulfill all pre-orders, we reserve the right to cancel affected pre-orders and issue full, immediate refunds to your original payment method without further liability.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

We explicitly reserve the right to limit, cancel, or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by commercial dealers, unauthorized resellers, automated ordering bots, or distributors.
