At TCG MATTER LIMITED ("we", "us", "our", or "TCG Matter"), we take great care in packaging and delivering your trading cards, booster boxes, and collectibles securely. This Shipping Policy details our dispatch schedules, shipping methods, and order processing rules.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

All standard orders are processed and dispatched within up to 5 working days following payment confirmation (excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays).

During major TCG set release periods, promotional events, or high-volume sales, processing times may occasionally reach the full 5 working days. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order has been handed over to our postal courier.

2. Pre-Orders & Combined Shipments

Due to the nature of Trading Card Game release schedules, special rules apply when purchasing pre-order items:

  • Combined Orders: If you place an order containing both in-stock items and pre-order items, or multiple pre-order items with different official release dates, your entire order will be held and dispatched together once the final item becomes available.
  • Separate Delivery: If you require in-stock products or earlier pre-order releases immediately, please place them as separate orders at checkout.
  • Release Date Adjustments: Official release dates are provided by manufacturers and authorized distributors. While we aim to dispatch pre-orders to arrive on or close to release day, delivery dates are estimates and subject to distributor delivery schedules.

3. UK Delivery Methods & Shipping Rates

We ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted carrier services (such as Royal Mail and recognized parcel couriers).

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight, parcel dimensions, delivery service selected, and destination address.
  • Transit Times: Estimated transit times apply after your order has dispatched from our warehouse, not from the time the order is placed.

4. International Shipping & Customs / Import Taxes

We offer international shipping to selected destinations worldwide. International delivery rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international shipments outside the United Kingdom, orders may be subject to local customs duties, import tariffs, administrative fees, or value-added taxes (VAT) levied by the destination country.

All additional customs clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient. TCG Matter has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

5. Packaging Quality & Collectible Care

We understand that the condition of sealed TCG products (booster boxes, tins, elite trainer boxes) is paramount to collectors. All orders are securely packed using protective bubble wrap, void fill, and sturdy outer boxes to minimize the risk of transit damage.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully prior to finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or lost shipments resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer during checkout.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing an order, please contact customer support at shop@tcgmatter.net right away. Once an order has entered the dispatch process, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged or is delayed by the carrier:

  • Damaged Goods: Please retain all original packaging materials and outer shipping boxes. Take clear photographs of the package condition and contact us at shop@tcgmatter.net within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
  • Lost Shipments: A parcel is officially classified as missing after a set number of working days past the estimated delivery date (in accordance with carrier claim policies). If your tracking information has stopped updating, please notify us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
